Bingos have rather nice software, even if the posh voice that calls the numbers is a little annoying. The auto dauber (which is a vital feature in my view) works well. It will even call bingo for you if you have to nip off and answer the phone (like I just did).
Bingos.com support is only available Monday to Friday during GMT office hours (about 4 hours ahead of EST I think). This is pretty slack - if I have a problem on Friday afternoon, I don't want to wait till monday morning to get a response.
Cashouts are also Monday - Friday only (three business days for processing, so if you request on Wednesday or later, you've got to wait the weekend too. Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta), Skrill and Paysafecard are the preferred banking methods at Bingos.
Still, they do a good job when they are in the office, so we can't complain too much.
